Marvi Memon join the PMLN

Marvi Memon, the former MNA of PML-Q, has announced to join PML-N today in a press conference flanked by Nawaz Sharif today.

Memon had resigned from her National Assembly seat in June 2011 in protest when the PML-Q decided to join hands with the People’s Party-led federal government.

During the press conference, PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif also added that if the PML-N had been in place of the government today, half the nation’s problems would have been eliminated.

Sharif said that his party needed people like Memon, who would win votes regardless of which province she competed from.
